MEMBERSHIP DOESN'T COST... IT PAYS

Please note: RGVAA membership dues are charged annually for each calendar year (January to December). If your company joins on or after October 1st, your payment will cover a prorated amount for the remainder of the current year and the full dues for the following year. If you join before October 1st, you'll pay prorated dues for the rest of the current year and receive a renewal invoice for the next year in November.

Industry Member - 49 Units or Less

Available for Companies or Individual Rental Owners with 49 or less units.

​Your annual investment in an Industry Member - 49 Units or Less membership is based on the number of rental units you and/or your business entity own, plus a one-time processing fee of $50.00.

Available for Companies or Individual Rental Owners with 50 units or more.

Apartment Properties of 50 or more units require their own membership.​

​Your annual investment in a Products and Services membership is a great way for a business to expand and grow. Our organization represents many property owners and management companies that need products and services. Our members take pride in their membership and doing business with other members. Your annual investment in a Products and Services membership is $205, plus a one-time processing fee of $50.00.
