The Rio Grande Valley Apartment Association’s mission is to best serve the ever-changing needs of the entire rental housing industry, by seeking diverse and inclusive participation through a collaborative effort of all members. We promote professionalism by providing ongoing education, legislative representation, networking opportunities, and humanitarian services, while maintaining a fiscally sound organization.

Who is RGVAA?

Founded in 1974, the RGVAA is a nationally recognized trade association whose membership is a broad cross-section of the Rio Grande Valley rental housing industry within the McAllen and surrounding South Texas cities and counties. RGVAA represents apartment owners and management companies with single family and multi-unit residential properties. The Association also represents member companies that provide products and service to rental industry. The Association is the local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
