Registrations:You may cancel a registration for a program, class, or event up to 20 days prior by submitting it in writing to rgvaaoffice@rgvaptassoc.org. Any cancellations received after the deadline and "no-shows" will be billed; no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
